Withdrawal from contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without specifying any reason.
The period within which you can withdraw from the contract expires within 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires, physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you shall inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. To facilitate and speed up this process, we recommend to use the provided template withdrawal form and follow the below steps:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the product, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In case the product purchased has been paid for on cash on delivery terms, the refund is made by means of a bank transfer into a bank account to be stated by you in the withdrawal form.

Every complaint will be answered by Firma Konfekcyjna Dziekański Maciej Dziekański electronically via e-mail within 14 days after its receipt.
If the complaint is considered in the Customer’s favour, Firma Konfekcyjna Dziekański Maciej Dziekański will repair or exchange the product subject to the complaint for new one, with full value, or refund its value.
In case the complaint is considered not justified, the product will be returned to the Customer together with the explanation.
